Hi! My name is Claire. I've been working as a speech-language pathologist in Alberta for five years now. I’ve worked with Alberta Health Services, in schools, and in private practice. I love working with Little Owl Speech Pathology because the play-focused, one-on-one treatment with caregivers present really gives kids the opportunity to grow and change and families the opportunity to understand and support the process.

I like keeping variety in what I do, but areas of growing interest include articulation/phonology, early language and play, autism spectrum disorder, and augmentative and alternative communication. I’m formally certified in Hanen It Takes Two to Talk, Hanen ABC and Beyond, and Introduction to PROMPT. I’m also always looking to learn more and improve my skills. Outside of work, family and friends take up most of my time, along with ever-changing creative endeavors!
